REMINDER: REGISTERING YOUR ASSOCIATION AT NERJA TOWN HALL IN ORDER TO FIGURE IN A BOOK THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED

The Town Hall is preparing a book with a list of all the Associations of Nerja. To figure on this list your Association must be registered.

The advantages of being registered are the following:

-         Receiving grants from the Town Hall according to availability.

-         Using the local premises and installations.

-         Receiving general information and leaflets of interest for Associations.

-         Promoting cooperation agreements with the Town Hall.

To figure in this book, Associations must fulfil the requirements that we attach. Please present the corresponding documents at Nerja Town Hall Foreigners Department.

REMINDER: LAST DAY TO PAY GARAGE ENTRANCE TAX 2009 TUESDAY 15TH NOVEMBER

Owners of a garage or a car entrance are liable to pay this tax. If you did not receive a payment notification, please collect it at the Tax Office, Patronato de Recaudacion, at C/ Axarquía 3 (opposite the entrance to Calle Castilla Perez). For future taxes, we recommend you make a bank order so the bank will automatically make the payment.

The Perez Legal Group in collaboration with Nerja Town Hall Foreigners Department will give a conference in English on Inheritance at Nerja Cultural Centre in Calle Granada 45. The conference will last approx. 90 minutes and at the end the book “Spanish Property Legal Information” will be given out free. Programme attached.

The Foreigners Department has organized in collaboration with Lloyds Bank a conference in English on Residents and Non Residents Taxes and taxes on bank accounts. The conference will take place at Nerja Cultural Centre in Calle Granada 45. It will last approx. 90 minutes and a cocktail will be offered at the end.
