Form 210 for Non Residents
All Non Resident foreigners who own a property in Spain must pay every year the Non Resident tax to the Hacienda, Inland Revenue. Payment can be made during all the year from January to December at any bank. The Form 210 is available at the Foreigners Department together with a translation at the price of 2 €.
