Andalucia 65 Card for Resident Pensioners

Foreign Residents who are over 65 years old, have a resident card or certificate and are registered on the Town Hall population list, can apply for the Andalucia 65 Card.

Some of the best benefits of this card are:

  • 50% discount on provincial bus fares.
  • 18% discount on glasses and hearing aids.
  • An emergency Tele-Assistance button for people living alone or who are ill.
  • Grants for building works in the home for disabled people. For example; building ramps, changing a bath for a shower, etc.
  • A 30-day family respite care for those who are looking after a sick person.

Documents to present:

  • Andalucia 65 Card application form. You can also obtain this form at Nerja Foreigners Department.
  • Residence card or certificate (photocopy).
  • 1 colour photo.
  • If  you have changed address present a Town Hall list certificate.

The above documents are to be sent by registered post to: Consejeria de Igualdad y Bienestar Social, Apdo.1130, 41080 Sevilla. The Andalucia 65 Card is free and will arrive by post in about 3 months.

The Nerja Foreigners Department is on the ground floor of the Town Hall next to the main entrance. We will be pleased to assist all foreigners that need general information on living in Nerja.
