NON RESIDENTS TAX 210 TO BE PAID BEFORE THE END OF DECEMBER

We inform all owners of a property in Spain who are Non Residents, that every year they must present the Inland Revenue Hacienda Tax Returns form 210. It is always paid for the previous year, so now 2010 is liable to be paid. You have until the end of December to make the payment at any bank.

The conference will last approx. 90 minutes and at the end, the book “Spanish Property Legal Information” will be given out free. Programme attached.

The Foreigners Department has organized in collaboration with Lloyds Bank a conference in English on Residents and Non Residents Taxes and taxes on bank accounts. The conference will take place at Nerja Cultural Centre in Calle Granada 45. It will last approx. 90 minutes and a cocktail will be offered at the end.
